Record
Production 

  • Deposit: 50% to secure your session dates

  • Balance: Due before final masters are released to you

  • Mix revisions: 2 rounds of consolidated notes included

  • Rescheduling: Free with 7 days’ notice; full session fee under 48 hours

  • Ownership: You own your recordings once paid in full

  • Deposit: 50% to secure shoot dates

  • Balance: Due before final files are delivered

  • Edit revisions: 2 rounds of consolidated notes included

  • Rescheduling: Free with 14 days’ notice; full shoot fees under 7 days

  • Ownership: You own the final video once paid; raw footage stays with us

Release Strategy & Consulting

  • Eligibility: Projects recorded or produced at Pluto Music

  • Payment: One-off sessions in advance; retainers monthly in advance

  • Rescheduling: Free with 24 hours’ notice

  • Retainer notice: 1 month’s written notice to stop

  • Results: Advice only; no guaranteed streams, playlists or press

Release Strategy & Consulting T&Cs

Website & EPKs

  • Deposit: 50% before design work starts

  • Balance: Due before launch and handover

  • Revisions: 2 design rounds, 1 content round and 2 EPK video edit rounds included

  • Platform costs: Domain, hosting and apps paid by you, in your name

  • Ownership: You own your site and content once paid

Website & EPK T&Cs

Artwork & Admin Services

  • Payment: Fixed-fee items paid in full upfront, or added to your project invoice

  • Artwork: Two rounds of pitching, then 2 rounds of design revisions

  • Artwork ownership: Yours once paid; working files available for a fee

  • Accounts: Always registered to you; we act on your instructions

  • Advice: Admin help only; not legal, financial or tax advice
