Acoustic EP Production - 5 Songs

Service Description

A production package built specifically for acoustic-led material — voice, guitar, piano, and similarly intimate arrangements — where the goal is clarity and warmth rather than a full band treatment. Still covers complete tracking through to mastering, just with a setup and approach suited to stripped-back songs rather than a full-scale record. Pre Production Meeting - this can be over Zoom or at the studio, where we go through your influences, style and the creative direction you want to take the record, in order to have a full understanding of the end result you want. Day One - We begin with a series of test recordings and warm ups to ensure that you can preview the quality before we track the final result. This can be one instrument at a time or completely live, depending on which you prefer. We then do a test mix to ensure that the quality is correct before beginning tracking. Day Two - Tracking continues into the second day - many clients find that this is where the bulk of the material comes from as they have gotten used to the space. Once all 5 songs are tracked, there is a final review stage before leaving us to the mix. Edit & Mix - Once you leave the studio, the song goes into post production, where editing and mix begins. Once this is near completion, you are then brought back in to help guide the final result. This can be done over Zoom or in person at the studio.
