Roald Dahl's The Big Friendly Giant went into production at Cosgrove Hall in the late 1980s, with music specifically written for this feature animation.
Based on the best-selling book by the world's favourite children's author Roald Dahl, the B.F.G. is a delightful tale of friendship between a young orphan named Sophie and a 25-foot tall Big Friendly Giant. Together they take on the other less friendly giants such as the Bloodbottler and the Fleshlumpeater, giants who like to gobble children for breakfast, and embark on a journey through incredible lands.
